Welcome to Zombie week

I'm pretty sure it won't have escaped your attentions that my Blog has undergone a bit of a visual makeover. Alas for those of your who detest my usual pink and purple theme this will not be a permanent change. Oh no, this is for one week only, and is in celebration of Halloween, which despite the many pissed revelers I saw out on the town last night in really dodgy costumes is actually on the October 31st. Last year I'm not really sure I did anything special for this festive occasion Blog wise, so this year I'm going to be putting that right with a series of zombie themed articles... mainly reviews. Lets face it there are a plethora of zombie themed games out there for us all to waste our money on, so I'm going to pick through some of my favourites and some of the more popular ones and give you my thoughts. We all love zombies right? And we all know that one day the zombie apocalypse will happen, so these games provide us with essential preparation and skills development for dealing with the eventual appearance of the undead horde and the end of civilisation as we know it. I think the reason zombies are such a popular and enduring theme is because so many cultures around the world have their of form of zombie mythos... that and everyone is being lazy sods and just being uncreative!!! So for the next week welcome to Frontline Zombie, I hope you enjoy my articles. Braaaiiiiiiiiins!

    1. Indeed my Zombicide review will go live at some point during this week. I haven't quite worked out my posting schedule, but I know what I want to go live. Zombicide looks like it's penciled in for Thursday or Friday right now.

I accept they're an acquired taste, but it's best everyone is fully informed.

  4. Huh. Ok. I just reinstalled Borderlands on my PC so I could give The Zombie Island of Doctor Ned another spin. Featuring lots and lots and lots of zombies, plus a pumpkinhead boss and other junk.

Might give the thrash band Send More Paramedics another spin too...

    1. Really liked Borderlands, and the Zombie Island DLC very nearly got a mention in one of my articles that will be appearing at the end of the week.

    1. Well I'm glad somebody likes the new banner!!! I thought if I was going to do zombie week I might as well tart the place up a bit and make it a bit more Halloween inspired. Nothing too flash mind you.
